⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer – Peak Season Notice

Due to high shipping volume during peak season (November–December), delivery times may be longer than usual.

While all orders are processed within our standard logistics processing time, international and domestic carriers may experience delays beyond our control, including customs clearance and carrier backlogs.

Please note:

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery timelines depend on the carrier.

  • Delays during peak season do not indicate lost or undelivered packages.

  • Orders in transit are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where available.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after processing is:

  • Up to 20 calendar days, depending on the destination country and local postal service efficiency.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/volume. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipping method, we will provide you with the relevant tracking number once the package is dispatched.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost, please contact us at my_dreamkeeper@outlook.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your details before completing the order.
